I started my training at City College Norwich back in 2005, whilst working as a kitchen porter at the Honingham buck, This was the start of my love for food & creating great dishes. After spending the last 16 years climbing the ranks within respectable restaurants in Norfolk & Cambridge, I was offered the chance to take over as head chef at Liberty.
Working along side Lazlo the restaurant manager, our aim together is to make Liberty a top place to visit for quality locally sourced food, fantastic wines & cocktails.
